At Aaseya IT Services, I lead UX strategy initiatives for software products and enterprise applications, ensuring that design decisions are deeply rooted in user research and guided by design thinking principles. One of my key achievements includes developing a UX strategy for the Performance Analytics Admin Console, which increased the active customer base from 38% to 64%.
