About Me

“I specialize in mixed-methods UX research, blending design thinking with rigorous research to uncover user pain points and translate them into business impact. My approach combines usability testing, diary studies, contextual inquiry, ethnography, and competitive benchmarking to deliver insights that guide both product and strategy. Over the past decade, I’ve partnered with global teams at Philips, Accenture, IBM, Smith+Nephew, and Mantra Labs, driving research that influenced products used by millions worldwide. At Philips, I led research across the U.S., Germany, and China—shaping AI features, onboarding flows, and brand identity for grooming apps. At Accenture, I built scalable research practices, created playbooks, trained 10+ researchers, and led a team of five on automation and enterprise UX projects. I’ve also had the privilege of establishing new research practices from the ground up, mentoring teams, and embedding design thinking into organizations. Recognized with awards including Accenture ACE and IBM Eminence & Excellence, I take pride in aligning stakeholders and ensuring research has real impact. Today, I’m excited to lead and scale UX research functions—mentoring researchers, shaping strategy, and influencing products at a global scale.”
