About Me

I am driven by transformational challenges: throughout my 20-year career, I have led projects that combine design, user experience, technology, and strategy to create innovative solutions that have a real impact on businesses and people's lives. Recently, I embarked on a new chapter as a founding partner of Taiken, an independent consulting firm formed by expert partners who share a vision, values, and experience in the Brazilian market. At Taiken, we drive companies from various segments—from retail to industry, from healthcare to finance—to truly innovate, enhancing their journeys with Design and applied AI, from diagnosis to creative experimentation. My career includes leadership positions as Head of Product Design, Product Operations, and Product Marketing, as well as Director of Experience and Innovation, with notable stints at Vale's digital innovation lab, among other large corporations and prominent startups. I have worked in team structuring, innovation culture management, multidisciplinary project management, and mentoring talents who are now leaders in multinationals and unicorns. Committed to the development of our field, I continue as a professor, mentor, and consultant in UX, Design, and Digital Transformation, helping professionals and companies evolve toward the future of people-centered business.
