About Me

Tiffany is a design leader who started off as an art director in digital agency, taught design in college, and ran a retail business. She has experiences in being a solo designer, to building a team from ground up. She is now focusing on building a collaborative product design and UX research team to grow. As a people manager, she ensures departmental growth is designed to well-align with each individuals personal characteristics and their career goals. In her day-to-day work, she leads product designers and product writers with informed user research and business strategies. With the aim that the team will not only improve user experience of the eWallet, but also enable business to achieve profit target and measurable values. Besides that, she also manages design process, and design systems to ensure the team works effectively. Prior to this, she spearheaded the design of an enterprise-level product (SaaS), that helps users to save cost via energy management system on both web and mobile apps. Sometimes during the weekend, she would dedicate her time in mentoring designers globally via adplist.org. Meanwhile, she is also the Chapter Lead of Ladies that UX - Kuala Lumpur, where she hopes to bring the local product design community together as a strong support system that can empower each other. Topped with 10 years of entrepreneurial experience, she learnt to love the challenge to use design for achieving business goals. Business, aesthetics, users need and all complex problem solving duties keep her motivated and excited. Her long-term goal is wired to SDG 11 - Sustainable cities and communities, where she aims to use my expertise in making a difference. Hence, her motto 'Design for Good'.
