About Me

I strongly believe in sharing design experiences and practices to help and build better design communities, to drive design as a culture and delivering value by creating human-centered experiences. Have you ever heard of Dieter? Do the Rams say that? "Good design makes something understandable and memorable. Great design creates something memorable and meaningful." That's my mantra! High-stakes UX/product design leader and strategist with 15+ years building products people actually use, across B2B, B2C, and AI. I've shipped 600+ projects and run 350+ design workshops for everyone from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 teams. Along the way I've led and mentored 100+ designers, built design cultures that hold up under pressure, and taught 10K+ designers worldwide through talks and writing. Author of India by Design. Published research with Springer. Spoke at TEDx. Recipient of 30+ national and international awards. When I'm not designing, I'm usually cooking something new or off somewhere with a camera, chasing whatever sparks an idea. If you've got a project in mind, need a consultant, or just want a mentor to bounce things off, I'm in. Let's build something good together.
