About Me

I'm a Strategic Service & Experience Designer with a unique foundation in Risk Management and Business Transformation Consulting, built at companies like IBM, Santander, and Zurich, where I held middle-management and director roles. Currently leading the Experience strategy for Royal London's high-priority AI initiatives as part of the newly created AI Centre of Enablement. I specialise in agentic frameworks and "Human-in-the-Loop" (HITL) systems that prioritise human judgment and oversight over passive automation. I design the frameworks that make teams more efficient. I have developed internal Design Frameworks, Playbooks, ways of working, SOPs, AI product assessment frameworks, and new AI tool adoption to scale design maturity and ensure systemic consistency. I am a power user of GenAI in my practice, leveraging LLMs to accelerate discovery, synthesise user research, and rapidly prototype complex logic for new products. Outside of work, I dedicate my personal time to mentoring new and seasoned professionals, as well as those considering career changes, particularly women, to support their job searches and the development of core skills. I also speak about AI and career management at professional meetups.
