I’m a senior UX designer and UX researcher with 13+ years of experience across automotive, connected mobility, IoT, system validation, and digital product experiences. I specialize in designing intuitive, user-centered experiences for complex vehicle platforms, including In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI), Telematics, and TCU systems.
My experience brings together UX research, HMI design, interaction design, system thinking, and technical validation, enabling me to translate complex engineering and business requirements into simple, usable, and scalable digital experiences.
At Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), I have contributed to global automotive programs, including work with Nissan, supporting UX/HMI design, requirement analysis, system integration, validation, and cross-functional collaboration. I work closely with designers, developers, engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to bridge the gap between user needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
My UX approach spans the end-to-end design lifecycle:
• UX Research & Requirement Discovery
• User Flows, Personas & Journey Mapping
• Information Architecture
• Interaction & HMI Design
• Wireframing & Prototyping
• Usability Evaluation & Design Validation
• Design Systems & UI Consistency
• Localization & Accessibility Considerations
• System Integration & Validation
• Cross-functional Stakeholder Collaboration
I’m particularly passionate about automotive UX, connected mobility, IoT, HMI, and intelligent digital experiences. My technical background helps me understand not only how an experience should look and feel but also how it needs to function within a complex connected ecosystem.
I’m also actively exploring AI and generative AI to improve UX research, accelerate design exploration, support smarter decision-making, and create more intelligent, adaptive, and personalized user experiences.
I enjoy solving complex problems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, mentoring colleagues, and continuously learning new technologies and design practices.
My goal is simple: design experiences that are useful for people, feasible for engineering, and valuable for the business.
I'm always interested in connecting with professionals and organizations working across UX design, UX research, automotive UX/HMI, connected vehicles, IoT, AI, and next-generation mobility.
