A fair-use limit on new mentor requests each month

Members can now reach out to up to 8 different mentors per month, keeping mentor time available across the community. Already-contacted mentors don't count against the limit.

To help keep mentor time available across the whole community rather than concentrated on a few requests, members can now reach out to up to 8 different mentors within a given calendar month.

This only applies to new mentors. If you've already contacted someone this month, you can keep messaging them as much as you need to. The limit resets at the start of each month.
