Ask a question without leaving the help center

If the help centre did not answer your question, you used to have to load a second page to ask us. The contact form is now on the help centre page itself.

It is the same form as the one on our contact page. It was moved so that both pages share it, rather than copied. That matters for a dull but real reason: the list of topics you choose from has to match what our support system accepts, and two separate copies would eventually stop matching.

If a search in the help centre finds nothing, that empty result now takes you straight down to the form on the same page. The moment a search comes back empty is the worst moment to ask someone to load another page.

The contact page itself is unchanged and still works exactly as before.
