Fixed pages sometimes loading with no styling after a deploy
A caching issue could briefly show some visitors an old, completely unstyled version of the site right after we shipped an update.
Found and fixed two compounding causes: a stale edge cache serving pre-deploy pages, and mismatched asset versions between an old page and a new deploy.
