Mentor group sessions

Mentors on Designed can now offer optional group sessions: recurring office hours, small-group critique, and workshops. Each mentor chooses their formats, capacity, and cadence from their mentoring settings. It is entirely optional, and designed so group formats lighten a mentor's load rather than add to it.

As a member, you'll see a mentor's open sessions on their profile. Joining is one click: if a session is full, you join a fair first-come waitlist and you can withdraw at any time. Actual scheduling stays on the mentor's own booking link, so their calendar remains theirs.

Mentors also get a clearer picture of their impact. Sessions now appear in the private "Your impact" view alongside mentoring requests, always about your own reach and never a comparison with other mentors.
