Mentors can now cap their monthly request volume

Two additions to Settings > Mentoring for mentors.

You can now set an optional monthly limit on how many new mentorship requests you're comfortable receiving. Once you hit it, new requests are turned away with a clear note for the rest of the month. Your profile stays visible the whole time. There's also a new field for your preferred session format.

We also added real guidance for new mentors on two things that had no coverage before: setting boundaries (mentoring isn't an open-ended relationship, and it's always okay to decline or end a session) and what to do about no-shows (since booking happens through your own external link, we can't track attendance, and a no-show is never something you're obligated to make up).
