Mentors can now see and respond to requests in-app

Until now, when someone requested you as a mentor, the only record you ever got was a single email. There was no way to look back at a request, or to formally accept or decline one.

Mentors now have a real inbox: Settings > Mentor Requests Inbox. It shows every incoming request with the full context a mentee submitted: their goal, topic, experience level, timezone, language, timing, and format preference. Requests are grouped into those awaiting your response and past requests you've already responded to. Accept or decline with one click; once you've responded, that decision sticks.

We kept this deliberately narrow: it does not expose a mentee's email or any other private profile data, only their name and what they asked for. And booking itself still happens through your own external booking link, exactly as before. This is just about seeing and responding to requests, not scheduling.
