My Plan is one page

My Plan had two sections both headed "Next up", which made it impossible to tell which one you were reading.

It also offered two different ways to begin when you had no plan yet: a button to start the assessment, and below it a form asking for much the same information. Two doors onto the same room is a choice nobody wants to be given. There is one way in now.

A row in the plan used to break its own layout when it became a link. It no longer does.
