New tips for writing feedback that's actually useful on Critique

The feedback form on Critique now shows quick guidance on giving specific, actionable feedback instead of generic praise.

When you write feedback on a Critique submission, you'll now see a short tip on what makes feedback actually useful: point at something specific ("the primary button doesn't stand out against the header") instead of a general comment ("the hierarchy needs work"), and for "What could improve," name the gap rather than solving it for the author.

Each field also has new placeholder text as a quick reminder while you write.
