News: fresh votes count a little more, and topics read properly

A vote from the past week now counts slightly more than an old one. Topics are written the way the words are spelled — UI, not Ui — stories are no longer tagged "AI, AI agent", and the IPO tag that was never about IPOs is gone.

A vote cast today now counts for a little more than one cast weeks ago: up to half a vote extra, fading to nothing over a week. It is a tiebreaker, not a takeover. It reorders stories that were already close, and a day-old story still cannot overtake a new one on fresh votes alone. The Trending badge now reads the same score the feed is ranked by, rather than working out its own and occasionally disagreeing.

Topics look the way they should. Tags were displayed from the raw keyword that matched, then capitalized by the page, so "ui" became "Ui" and "ai agent" became "Ai Agent". They are stored and shown with their real names now: UI, AI agent, ChatGPT. Twenty stories that carried both the general AI tag and a more specific one ("AI, ChatGPT") keep only the specific one.

And IPO is gone. It matched any word containing those three letters, which is how a story about designing a better iPhone, one about Apple's new CEO and one about Native American graphic design all ended up tagged IPO. None of the five was about a public offering.
