Now measuring mentor search, learning path progress, and critique submissions

Following up on the event-tracking foundation from earlier this week: we now also measure mentor search usage, mentor profile views, when someone reaches out to a mentor, when a learning path is started and its modules completed, and when a critique is submitted for feedback.

We were upfront in our own internal roadmap about what this doesn't cover yet: mentor booking/attendance tracking, Skill Labs, critique revisions, and on-platform job tracking. That is because those features don't exist on the platform yet. We'd rather say that plainly than pretend to measure something that isn't built.

Next up in this same measurement-baseline phase: using this data to establish real 30-day baselines before any major growth push, and adding data-quality checks that catch duplicate or missing user records.
