One Save button, everywhere

Saving something worked differently depending on where you were standing. Events had a heart in a pill, jobs had a different button, and news had a third. They are one control now, used in all three places and on the cards in every list.

It reads "Save" with a heart until you use it. Once saved, the pill inverts to pink with a white heart and the word folds away, so a list of cards shows at a glance which ones you have kept.
