Profiles say what is true: no stray Mentor Available, and jobs in order

Member profiles no longer claim the member is an available mentor, work history reads newest first, and members who started a mentor application can find Become a Mentor again to finish it.

Every member profile said Mentor Available, whether or not the member had ever offered to mentor — about 5,300 profiles making a claim nobody made, with an invitation nobody could act on. It is gone. Mentor profiles, which are a separate page, are unchanged.

Work history now reads the way a CV does: current roles first, then past roles by when they ended, newest first. Before, past roles stayed in whatever order they had been typed, so a 2012 job could sit above a 2019 one. The editors in Settings show and save them in the same order.

And 484 members who chose "mentor" when they joined but never finished the application had lost the link to finish it: the menu treated them as mentors already and hid Become a Mentor. The link now hides only for approved mentors.
