Smaller things: the Help Center, and pages that hold still

A few small things that add up.

FAQ is now called the Help Center, in the menu and in the Help row. It has been more than a list of questions for a while.

The breadcrumb sits at exactly the same height on every page, old design or new, so the content below it no longer jumps as you move around. And the vertical scrollbar is always there rather than appearing only when a page happens to be long, which is what used to nudge pages a few pixels sideways when you navigated.
