Wrapped up the member-side mentorship request experience
You can now check in on whether a mentor session actually happened and met your goal, and if a mentor search doesn't turn up a strong match, we now point you toward async feedback through Critique instead of leaving you stuck.
Two more pieces finish out the member side of our new mentor request experience: you can now quickly note whether a session actually happened and whether it met what you were hoping for. That is a couple of taps, saved instantly, entirely private to you.
And if a mentor search doesn't turn up a strong match for what you're looking for, we now surface a direct path to Critique. Submit your work and get structured feedback without needing to wait on a specific mentor match first.
This completes the member-facing half of our new mentorship request flow: goal-first intake, recommendations, private notes, and now outcome tracking. The mentor-facing side (a real request inbox, capacity settings, accept/decline) is next on our roadmap.
