Your Career Plan now shows strengths, gaps, and what to do next
The Career Plan dashboard now breaks out your strengths and skill gaps against your target role, and highlights the next 3 steps to focus on.
Your Career Plan page (/career-map/plan) got two additions:
- A "Next up" section at the top, highlighting the next 3 incomplete steps in your plan, so it's obvious what to focus on first instead of scanning the whole list. - A "Strengths and gaps" breakdown showing which of your target role's core skills you're already strong in, and which ones are the real gaps, based on your own self-ratings, recalculated live so it stays current if you update them.
