I started as a conceptual designer and had projects exhibited and acquired by museums and galleries in different countries such as The Netherlands, Germany, France, Switzerland, Italy, China, Australia and Brazil. In 2012 I was awarded Young Creative Entrepreneur (Design Category) by the British Council, entering the network with the most prominent agents of the Creative Economy in the world. As a design and educational manager, I have experience leading complex projects, recruiting people, engaging teams, doing user research, communicating with different stakeholders, and respectfully managing diverse points of view. A creative approach to management is natural to me. I'm also very used to working with people from all kinds of backgrounds and I truly like to learn from them. I teach, give lectures, workshops, and consultancy in areas related to my work and studies.
